EDIUS NLE Software Demo

Free 30-day trial of the acclaimed nonlinear editing software. This trial version permits users to test every single feature within EDIUS Pro 3, as well as the features within the EDIUS Broadcast upgrade. (Due to licensing restrictions, TitleMotion Pro is not included with this trial).

This trial version is based on v3.61 of EDIUS Pro 3, which includes complete support of all native HDV formats, including Sony 1080i, Canon 1080p and JVC 720p.

Additionally, this trial allows you to use features available within EDIUS Broadcast, including


DVCPRO 50/DVCPRO HD support
DVCPRO P2 MXF support
XDCAM DVCAM and MPEG IMX support
Windows Media Video (9 or higher, including WMVHD)
Speed Encoder for HDV

Refer to the Related Downloads section for documentation on how to use the additional features and I/O modules, and to download sample HD clips. You can also view Tutorial Video Clips online to help you if you are new to the world of EDIUS editing.

512MB RAM (1GB RAM recommended)

300MB free disk space for the application

Windows® XP Home or Windows® XP Professional (Service Pack 2 or later)

DirectX 9.0 or later Graphics card with hardware-based DirectDraw overlay and 32-bit color display at a 1024x768 resolution (128MB of graphics memory is required when editing in HD resolution)

ATA100/5400rpm or faster hard disk recommended (Ultra SCSI 160 or better is required for playing two or more uncompressed video streams
